Property Cleanup in Casselberry
Overgrown yards bury what is worth keeping. We cut brush down to manageable ground, strip vines from fences and trunks, dig out dead shrubs by the root ball and haul every load off the property, so you can see the yard you have and plan its next step.

What a Property Cleanup Covers
A property cleanup is a one-time reset for a yard that regular mowing can no longer handle. It fits a rental between tenants, a house you just bought, a parent's home that has sat for a season, or your own yard after a busy year. We clear what is dead, overgrown or in the way, and we leave the healthy plants you want to keep.
Central Florida growth is the reason these jobs add up fast. With long warm seasons and summer rain, vines like smilax and air potato can climb a fence line in a few months, and seedlings of Brazilian pepper root in beds and along the back of the lot. We have been clearing yards in this area since 2018, so we plan the work around how these plants come back, cutting at the root where we can instead of only trimming the top.
What We Clear and Haul
Overgrowth and brush
We cut back thick brush, volunteer saplings and weedy growth along fence lines, side yards and the back of the lot. Woody stems get cut low so a mower or trimmer can keep the area in check afterward.
Vine removal
Vines are pulled off fences, shrubs and tree trunks, and we dig out the root crowns we can reach. Smilax grows from a tuber underground, so cutting only the stems means it returns within weeks.
Dead plants and shrubs
Dead or declining shrubs come out with their root balls, not just snapped off at the soil line. That leaves a clean bed you can replant or cover.
Bed and border clearing
We pull weeds from planting beds, rake out old matted mulch and leaf litter, and redefine the bed edge along the lawn. If you want fresh cover afterward, our Mulch and Beds service picks up from there.
Debris haul-off
Fallen limbs, palm fronds, cut brush and old bagged yard waste are loaded and hauled away. Large piles often exceed what curbside yard waste pickup will take, so we remove it ourselves.
Final pass
We blow off the driveway, walks and patio and rake the cleared areas so you can see the ground clearly.
Signs Your Yard Needs a Cleanup
Vines on the fence or house
Vines climbing a fence add weight and hold moisture against the boards. On the house, they work into soffits and trap damp against siding.
You cannot see the fence line
If the back of the lot has disappeared behind brush, saplings are likely taking root. They are much easier to remove now than once they reach trunk size.
Beds full of weeds and dead shrubs
Gaps and brown plants in the beds usually mean something has been dead for a while. Leaving it gives weeds open soil to fill.
Piles left after a storm
Limbs and fronds sitting in the yard smother turf underneath within a couple of weeks and give roaches and rodents cover.
Getting a house ready to sell or rent
Overgrowth hides the condition of the yard and the house edges. A cleared lot shows well and makes inspections simpler.
How a Cleanup Day Runs
- 1
Free walkthrough
We walk the property with you, mark what stays and what goes, and note access points like gate widths. You get a clear written scope and estimate.
- 2
Protect what stays
Before cutting, we flag plants you want kept, locate irrigation heads and valve boxes, and note anything fragile near the work area.
- 3
Clear and remove
The crew cuts brush, pulls vines and digs out dead shrubs, working from the edges in so debris moves toward the truck instead of across the lawn.
- 4
Haul off and walk the result
We load out every pile, blow off hard surfaces and walk the yard with you to confirm nothing on the list was missed.
What Moves the Price of a Cleanup
Cleanup pricing comes down to how much material there is, how hard it is to reach and how it has to be removed. We price from the walkthrough, so the estimate reflects your actual yard. When a cleanup is the first phase of a bigger project, we can finance amounts as high as $100,000, with repayment periods from two to twelve years and no penalty if you pay the balance off early.
- Volume of debris
- The number of truckloads drives labor and disposal. Thick brush and woody material take more room than leaves.
- Type of growth
- Vines with deep tubers and established Brazilian pepper take more digging and cutting than soft weeds. Roots that need to come out add time.
- Access
- A narrow gate, a fenced backyard or a screen enclosure means hand-carrying debris instead of driving equipment close.
- Hidden conditions
- Buried trash, old landscape fabric, fire ant mounds or rotted timbers under the growth can change the scope. We show you anything we find before adding to the work.
Property Cleanup Questions
Something not covered here? (407) 250-1431
Do you haul away everything you cut?
Yes. Brush, vines, dead shrubs, limbs and fronds are loaded and taken off the property. You are not left with piles at the curb.
Will the vines and weeds just grow back?
Some regrowth is normal in our climate, especially from roots left in tight spots. We remove root crowns and tubers where we can reach them, which slows it down a lot. Regular Lawn Care or a follow-up visit keeps it from building up again.
Can you remove a large tree or stump during the cleanup?
Big trees and stumps are handled through our Tree Trimming and Removal and Stump Grinding services. We can schedule them alongside the cleanup so the work happens in one visit or back to back.
Do I need to be home on cleanup day?
Not necessarily. If we agreed on what stays during the walkthrough and the gate is open, we can work while you are out. We will walk the result with you afterward and point out anything we found along the way.
What about bamboo along the property line?
Running bamboo needs its rhizomes cut out, not just the canes. That is a separate job covered by our Bamboo Removal service, and we can quote it during the same walkthrough.
