About Casselberry Landscaping
We are a landscaping company that starts with causes: sand that sheds water too fast, a spray head knocked off its arc, a shade line that moved as an oak filled out. We find out why a yard is struggling before we suggest plants, sod or stone.

How We Approach a Yard
Casselberry Landscaping has been in business since 2018. Our focus has stayed narrow on purpose: outdoor work at your home that still looks right a full year after install, not just the week the crew leaves.
Most yard problems trace back to a short list of causes. Sandy soil drains quickly and holds few nutrients, so new beds starve without amended planting holes and a proper mulch layer. Heavy summer afternoon storms pool water against foundations where grade slopes the wrong way. St. Augustine turf thins under tree canopy that has grown denser over the years, and chinch bugs move into the hot, dry edges along driveways. When we know which of these is at work, the fix gets smaller and more accurate.
That is why every job begins with a walkthrough. We run each irrigation zone and watch the heads, pull a soil plug, check drainage paths and note how many hours of sun each bed actually gets. Then we explain what we found, show you photos of it, and give you a written estimate that lists each item separately.
The Choices Behind Our Work
Diagnosis before a quote
We would rather replace three misaligned rotor heads than sell you a new lawn that will brown out in the same spots. If a repair will do the job, we say so.
Plants matched to the spot
We size plantings for their mature spread against eaves, walkways and AC units. Sun exposure, drainage and reflected heat from pavement all decide what goes in each bed, along with what you like the look of.
Line-item estimates
Sod is listed by the pallet, mulch by the cubic yard, and hardscape by area with base depth noted. You can see exactly what moves the total. If a bigger project makes sense to spread out, you can borrow as much as $100,000 and repay it over anywhere from two to twelve years, with no penalty for paying it off early.
Protected, tidy work areas
We lay boards over turf where equipment rolls, keep debris off pavers and patios, and haul away clippings, stumps and old sod. Walks and drives get blown clean before we leave.
Where Our Crews Work
We are based in Casselberry and work regularly in Fern Park, Altamonte Springs, Winter Springs, Winter Park, Maitland, Longwood, Goldenrod, Sanford, University and Oviedo. The Service Areas page has more on each town, and the Services page covers everything from lawn care and irrigation to stump grinding and bamboo removal.
