Casselberry Landscaping for Yards That Hold Up Year-Round
We handle lawn care, sod installation, irrigation, mulch and beds, hardscapes and tree work for homes in Casselberry and nearby towns like Winter Springs and Altamonte Springs. We walk your yard first, find out why a lawn is thinning or a bed keeps washing out, then give you a written plan and price.
Landscaping Services for Your Home
We have been in business since 2018, doing the outdoor work a Central Florida yard needs to stay healthy and usable. That covers routine lawn care and seasonal cleanup, new sod, irrigation repair and zoning, landscape design, mulch and bed work, and hardscape installation such as pavers and borders. On the tree side we do tree trimming and removal, palm tree pruning and removal, stump grinding, bamboo removal and full property cleanup. Pick the service you need below, or ask us to look at the whole yard.

Lawn Care
Regular mowing, edging, fertilizing and pest checks set to your grass type, so problems like chinch bugs and fungus get caught early.
Landscape Design
Scaled planting and layout plans that group plants by sun and water needs, fix drainage, and give you a clear install order.
Mulch and Beds
Weeded, edged and freshly mulched beds at the right depth, with old material cleared first and mulch kept off trunks and your foundation.
Irrigation
Sprinkler repairs, zone rebalancing, controller programming and new systems built for sandy soil and the local watering schedule.
Seasonal Cleanup
We clear spring oak drop, cut back cold-damaged plants, re-edge beds and prep limbs and fronds before storm season, then haul every load away.
Sod Installation
We strip failing turf, correct the grade and lay St. Augustine, zoysia or bahia matched to your yard's sun, shade and irrigation.
Hardscape Installation
Paver patios, walkways, driveway borders and low garden walls, set on a compacted base with edge restraint and drainage planned before the first paver goes down.
Tree Trimming and Removal
Proper pruning cuts, roof and line clearance, deadwood removal and sectional takedowns for trees that have become a risk to your home.
Palm Tree Pruning and Removal
We cut dead fronds, seed stalks and boots without stripping the green canopy, and take down palms that are diseased or leaning toward your home.
Stump Grinding
We grind stumps and surface roots below the soil line, clear the chips and backfill, so the spot is ready for sod, a planting bed or pavers.
Bamboo Removal
We cut the canes, dig out the rhizome mat and install root barrier where needed, so running bamboo stops coming back through your lawn and beds.
Property Cleanup
We cut back overgrowth, pull vines and dead plants, and haul off yard debris so a neglected property is usable again and ready for regular care.

About Casselberry Landscaping
We are a local landscaping company working on homes across Seminole County and the edges of Orange County. Our work is mostly the kind of yard you see here every day: single-story block homes with St. Augustine lawns, sprinkler systems that have been patched over the years, a mix of oaks and palms, and beds that need edging and fresh mulch.
We think the best way to earn repeat work is to explain what we see. If a sprinkler repair will save your lawn, we say so before suggesting new sod. If a tree is healthy and just needs thinning, we will not quote a removal. You get straight answers, a written price and a clean yard when we leave.

What Moves the Price of Landscaping Work
No two yards price the same, and a number given over the phone without seeing the property is a guess. These are the things that change the cost most, so you know what to expect when we walk through.
Every estimate is free and done in person after we see your yard. You get it in writing with each item priced out, and financing is available up to $100,000 on 2 to 12-year terms with no prepayment penalties.
- Square footage and layout
- Sod, mulch and edging are priced by area. A yard broken up by beds, trees and curves takes more cutting and hand work than an open rectangle of the same size.
- Access for equipment
- A side gate under about four feet wide means sod pallets, stump grinders and dump loads have to come through by hand or with smaller machines, which adds labor time.
- What is under the surface
- Old turf, roots, buried rock or a compacted layer of fill has to be removed or broken up before new sod or pavers go down. Skipping that step is why new installs fail.
- Irrigation condition
- A system with cracked lateral lines, broken heads or a failing valve has to be repaired before new sod or plantings, or they will not get water evenly.
- Materials you choose
- Floratam St. Augustine, Zoysia and Bahia sod differ in cost and care. Pine bark, cypress and rubber mulch differ too, as do concrete pavers, travertine and natural stone.
- Tree size and debris
- Tree height, how close it stands to the roof or power lines, and how much wood must be hauled or chipped set the price of tree and stump work.
How a Job Runs From Call to Cleanup
Small jobs often finish in a day. Larger installs follow the same steps, just over more days.
- 1
Phone call
You tell us what is bothering you about the yard and we set a time to come out. The walkthrough and estimate are free.
- 2
On-site walkthrough
We walk the property with you, run each irrigation zone, check soil and turf, and note trees, drainage low spots and access. You hear what we found and why it matters.
- 3
Written estimate
We send a line-item estimate with materials, quantities and scope. If a permit is needed, it is listed, and we handle it before work starts.
- 4
Work day
Our crew marks irrigation heads and utility flags, protects beds and hardscape, then does the work in order: removal, grading and repairs first, new material last.
- 5
Cleanup and walk-off
We clean up, haul debris and walk the finished job with you. For new sod or plants we explain the watering schedule for the first few weeks.
Areas We Serve
We are based in Casselberry and work throughout the surrounding area, including Fern Park, Altamonte Springs, Winter Springs, Winter Park, Maitland, Longwood, Goldenrod, Sanford, University and Oviedo. Soil, grass types and watering rules are much the same across these towns, so the same careful approach applies.

Questions Homeowners Ask Us
Is the walkthrough and estimate really free?
Yes. We come out to your home, go over the lawn, beds and trees alongside you, and put our recommendations and prices on paper at no charge. You owe us nothing afterward, and there is no obligation to book the work.
Why does my St. Augustine lawn keep getting brown patches?
The common causes here are chinch bugs in hot dry weather, large patch fungus in cooler wet months, sprinkler heads that are clogged or out of alignment, and too much shade. Each needs a different fix. We check irrigation coverage and look at the grass up close during the walkthrough before recommending anything.
When is the best time to install new sod?
Late spring through summer is ideal because warm soil and regular rain help roots establish quickly. Sod can go down most of the year in Central Florida, but in cooler months it roots more slowly and needs closer watching. Either way, the irrigation should be working properly first.
Do I need a permit to remove a tree?
It depends on the species, trunk diameter and where the tree stands on your lot. Many removals need a permit from the city or county. We check the rules for your address and handle the permit before cutting.
Can you work with my watering restrictions?
Yes. We set your irrigation controller to your allowed watering days and hours, then adjust run times by zone. Rotor zones on lawn and spray or drip zones in beds need different times, and getting that balance right saves water and keeps turf healthy.
Do you offer financing for larger projects?
Yes. Financing is available up to $100,000 on terms from 2 to 12 years, with no prepayment penalties. It is often used for full yard redesigns, paver patios and large sod jobs.
What happens to the debris after the job?
We haul it away. Old sod, branches, palm fronds, stump grindings and bamboo are removed, and we blow off hard surfaces before we leave.

How We Work on Your Yard
Most yard problems here come from a few causes: fast-draining sand, sprinkler heads that miss their zone, and shade from overgrown trees. We look for the cause before we quote the fix.
- We diagnose before we sell
- A brown patch in St. Augustine grass can be chinch bugs, a clogged rotor, fungus or plain shade. We check the heads, pull back the thatch and look at the canopy so you pay for the fix that works, not a pallet of sod that dies the same way.
- Line-item estimates in writing
- Your estimate lists materials, quantities and labor separately: square feet of sod, cubic yards of mulch, number of heads replaced, hauling. You can see what each part costs and drop or add items before anything starts.
- Irrigation set to the rules
- Seminole County limits watering to set days and hours. When we install or adjust a system, we program the controller to that schedule and balance run times by zone, so turf zones and shrub beds each get what they need without waste.
- Permits checked before tree work
- Some tree removals need a city permit, depending on the species and trunk size. We check before we cut and tell you what applies to your property.
- A clean site at the end
- We blow off driveways, walks and lanais, haul away clippings, limbs and old sod, and put stepping stones and hoses back where they were.
